Latoya Clark's Online Review Report Card

Hi, I have been trying to get in contact with the administrative staff of Dr. Clark since April 2nd, 2021 regarding questions/issues with my insurance coding/billing. I have left 4 messages and have not received any communication whatsoever regarding my inquiries. I would love for someone in their insurance department to set aside some time to return my calls so I can adequately discuss my concerns. All of my contact information is on file so I look forward to an expedient response to my issue. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Excellent Doctor with great bedside manner. Easy to talk to and explains procedures so that you can understand. Quick but thorough and very trustworthy.

I can't get anyone to call me back. Had a threatened miscarriage 3 weeks ago. Left multiple voice messages over the last 3 weeks for the office to schedule an appointment. What else am I supposed to do. Just hit 14 weeks and still have no idea if everything is ok.

Dr. Jones is fantastic. I needed some assistance on a short timeline during a busy time frame and he worked miracles to fit me in. He is up front, to the point, and highly professional and proficient. I highly recommend.

Have been a patient ever since she took over Dr Porter's practice years ago. I had a problem a few months ago and then found a suspicious place that I thought needed a mammogram referral. I never received a call back from her office and that was several weeks ago Very disappointed in the lack of response to a patient with a potential health problem.

We had Dr. Gregory P. Jones as our primary physician during my wife's pregnancy, and I'll tell you he was absolutely fantastic. My wife felt very comfortable with him, and he definitely knows his stuff. He would let us know his true thoughts and feelings in regards to any questions we had, and is very good at inter-personally connecting with his patients. He knew how to respond to keep us at ease.During birth, we had 0 reservations about the entire birthing procedure when it came to Dr. Jones.However! The staff in the front office and 'testing room' could use a customer service course. They were always very dull and seemed to not know how to smile. This is fairly common in Montgomery, though. I will not bump down a star for these individuals because Dr. Jones and his nurse(s) were fantastic.Thank you, Dr. Jones!

I absolutely love Dr. Jones and his staff. They're all very nice and friendly. They're helpful with any questions and concerns you may have.. they really go above and beyond with all of their patients to make sure you're comfortable and to help them with anything they need.. I definitely recommend Dr. Jones and his staff .

Dr. Jones is definitely an amazing doctor! He delivered both my son and my daughter now. I highly recommend him. He has also placed both of my birth control options, first, after my son and now after the birth of my daughter.Dr. Jones is always professional, kind, attentive, and he even has a very well rounded comedic side. With everything that has gone crazy in this global pandemic, his values, personality, and patient care manners have stayed constant and true.Thank you to all of his staff for a wonderful experience that we have had navigating the wonderful highs and lows over this past year.

I love Dr. Clark, but I will have to find a new physician. I have been bleeding heavily for over a month. It took about a week of me calling and leaving messages to speak with her nurse. Her nurse never called me back, I just lucked up and caught her. The nurse said a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy to stop the bleeding. The prescription was never sent and it took about 4 days of calling and leaving messages before it was actually sent. I also had a telehealth appt, but I didn't get a call until an hour and a half after my appt time, and i missed the call. I'm currently on day #4 of calling to try to reschedule to see if i can speak with Dr. Clark because the prescription didn't work and I'm still bleeding heavily. She's always made me feel comfortable during in-person visits, but the lack of response from her staff will force patients to go elsewhere.
