Dr Herron and his staff are exceptional. I was scared and embarrassed and the ladies made me feel so much better before the procedure. They do not let you sit in the waiting room long and are very professional. I highly recommend Dr Herron for any of your skin needs.

First off when I went in to have a mole removed the woman who did it was extremely rude. 10 months later I receive a letter to call their office to get my biopsy results saying they haven’t been able to reach me and that I don’t have VM. My phone records have ZERO missed calls from them and I have VM. I receive calls and VM’s daily. I call as soon as I get the letter and it turns out I have Basal Cell. It shouldn’t have taken 10 months to mail a letter even if they couldn’t reach h me via phone. Very unprofessional! Would NEVER recommend this practice! Had an appointment for cyst removal that they canceled. Next available was over a month away. In the interim, cyst became swollen, painful. When called their office, the individual on the phone said would be more than two weeks before they could see me and recommended er visit or urgent care. I have seen Dr. Herron for multiple years now. He is always very thorough and takes the time to explain himself in a way that I understand. He and his staff are always prompt and courteous and are always willing to answer my questions and help me feel confidant in the treatment that he recommends.

I have seen Dr. Herron for a while now for different skin issues. He always explains to me what he is seeing and why I should follow a certain treatment. His staff is also very professional and courteous. They are always thoughtful and explanatory in their answers to my questions and there never seems to be any long wait times. I would recommend Herron Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Montgomery area.
