I was sent to Dr. Hester by workers comp. On arrival, the staff were all pleasant and the check-in process was fast and easy. In the several visits I have had to date, I have never been in the lobby more than 10 minutes. The first visit with a surgeon, Dr. Hester advised against surgery due to the magnitude and placement of my tear. He first sent me to rehab to strengthen the tear as there was a high risk of further injuring the tear with initial surgery. Finally, surgery came and 1 week later, although still sore, the wound appears to be healing nicely.

The office was full when I went in so I figured I would get a rush office visit since it was my first time there. Dr. Hester took his time showing and explaining my MRI and ex ray. He answered all my questions where I understood what he was saying. I received very good care from Dr.Hester and his staff. I was pleasantly surprised.
