I’ve been seeing Dr. McFadden since my LASIK consultation and my pre and post-op appointments. He does a very thorough examination and takes time to answer questions.

Him and his entire staff treat you like family. I gladly drive from Huntsville, AL here to see him. If that doesn’t speak volumes about his care and expertise nothing will. From the moment you meet him you know you’re in good hands. He listens to you and does not cut you off or dismiss your description of what’s been happening. He asks you questions and explains things in a way you can understand without all the fancy medical terminology. He examines you in great detail and with such care because some people get nervous about their eyes! His warm bedside manner is calming no matter how scared you are. Not being able to see due to blurred vision, dryness, and swelling is not easy to cope with especially when it’s been going on for a month. He knew exactly how to treat it. Cleared right up and I have complete trust in him and MEP.

Dr McFaden provided the most thorough exam that I have ever had in my 30+years of being seen. I not only appreciated the time he spent on the exam but the time he took to explain his findings and plan of action going forward. So glad that I found this doctor for my care. Recommended Eye Physicians Sturbridge by a family member. Came to Dr. McFaden for Lasik eye surgery and so far my recovery and treatment has been great. He took a lot of care and thought with my procedure ultimately leading me towards Advanced Surface Ablation instead.of Lasik. So far so good! Would highly recommend Dr. McFaden and the entire staff at Sturbridge.

We have been seeing Dr. McFaden for about 5 years now. He has an easygoing, friendly personality, answers all my questions, and provides lots of information about my checkup results and my eye history. He gives lots of good options for prescription contacts and glasses, and allows you to try before you buy to see what will work for you. I highly recommend him. I also like the office staff as a whole, but the wait times could be improved.
