Usa Mobile Drug Testing's Online Review Report Card

Im supposed to be going to get a blood test for my auto immune disease but the reviews are so nasty that I can only assume the syringes are as well. I think I’ll just wait until I go to Atlanta this week and just try a better Quest while I’m there for school. After reading all these comments…Don’t know if i want these people sticking a needle in my body.

Fast, efficient and friendly. The young lady who helped me today was great all around. I barely felt the needle stick. Not sure why this location has such low ratings.

It’s 8Am, they advertise they open at 7. Maybe somebody will eventually show up. Six different people are waiting

Make an appointment! The staff was prompt, courteous and efficient! Not much to even say but this location is splendid!

This started out as a decent lab experience considering we made an appointment and didn't have to wait. That's where the positives stop. Once back there with my 19 month old, she enters the doctors orders wrong, I pay for wrong tests (I got the print out after I paid) and she didn't order the ONE main test we were there for. I correct her on this and she said she was putting the proper test in. In the mean time I ask how many tubes of blood are needing to be drawn- she says NINE. She had entered orders for adult labs on my child. Another lady comes in to help, tells me she's getting the right test ordered, meanwhile whispers to the other lady to just draw the blood, "and we can figure all this other stuff out later". I insisted they fix it before the blood draw and she ensured me she had the proper test ordered. They draw the blood and we leave. I call the 1-866 number to verify that the proper tests were ordered and surprise, THEY WEREN'T!!!! We (his doctors office and myself) are jumping through hoops to ensure the right labs are run on the blood they got so that we don't have to go through this again. I will never go to this lab again, I would rather pay a hospital copay to avoid all of these errors at the hands of incompetent staff.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible! I leave my home at 615 AM to make it across town to have lbs done before work. Get there, none of the consultants get there until 702am. Then after opening the door, she tries to close it so I can’t come in. So I ask, don’t you open at 7? I get in and they ask if the orders were faxed. I’m not sure. So she says oh our fax isn’t working we don’t have any orders. She didn’t church the electronic orders or anything! Just sorry!

I didn’t catch the tech who took my blood but she has purple hair so that should help narrow it down. She was friendly and efficient! I was bothered by having to drive there because my PMC doesn’t offer the test I needed but she made it quick and easy. Give that lady a raise!!

I came in last Wednedsay AM and was assured by the lab that my doctor would receive lab results by Friday. It's Tuesday and my doctor has still not received the results. I CANNOT get through to anyone via phone at Quest to let them know. This is incredibly frustrating!!!!

I was overall displeased with my scheduled visit. My doctor faxed the order on 6/8/2020 and my appointment was 6/11/2020. I attempted to call Quest on 6/8/2020 to confirm the fax was received, but the automated voice prompt specifically stated to not call to confirm receipt of a fax. In addition, the prompt stated they would call the provider if the order was not received. I told my phlebotomist this information and she was unaware of the phone prompts. I asked if they could call for the order and I was told they do not make those types of calls. Once my doctor refaxed the order, my appointment moved smoothly.

I came to drop off a urine sample for a kidney donor screening. I dont know who though it was a good idea to place Quest Diagnostic inside of a grocery store. I had to walk from the parking lot into Wal Mart with a big orange pee jug. I found it to be utterly disgusting and absolutely no privacy. Please consider moving this somewhere else. This can't be sanitary.
