List of Viplove Senadhi's Reviews
My family has used Dr. Senadhi for years, but I am afraid that we are going to have to search elsewhere, because of the staff. I have twice scheduled a procedure, with the office, and received no follow up phone call or promised instructions. The first procedure was cancelled by the outpatient center, in which the procedure was to be completed, as they never received any paperwork and it had been scheduled on a day that the doctor was not even available. I have a second procedure scheduled and have yet to receive the promised paperwork. Sad.
I was calling in ,extreme all day ,pain every day. Called pleading for help with what to do after three days do. Never heard from them and went to ER after a week because maybe it’s a kidney stone. They said to talk to gastroenterologist. . Dr Senadhi’s staff treated me like I wasn’t really sick or in pain. He ordered MRI to be done in two weeks and I got them to do it next day. Nurse practitioner said “we don’t know what’s wrong but will call to get colonoscopy done next week. That was a month ago. In my case, a older man living alone with no family in state, I really needed understanding and help because I hurt so much and was so tired. I can’t imagine letting these people treat me this way. You really feel alone when you are so sick and your doctor either thinks you are lying or doesn’t care. I wasn’t lying ,had money to pay for service and shouldn’t have been left to hurt so much!
Pat that answers the phone is very rude. Instead of helping correct something they messed up she kept hanging up in my face. Unprofessional and highly uneducated!
I don’t normally post reviews but I am so over the doctors office and the circles I’ve had to run around because of them. It’s been nothing but issues from day one. The issues I originally went in there for could have been (and were) solved with a google search for an IBS diet plan. But of course they wanted to run tests and do bloodwork to rule out any other issues. Several of the tests they ordered from Labcorp (who price gouges you as it is) were not even covered by my insurance because they’re ineffective for diagnosis, which the doctors office should have made sure before ordering it. But they say it’s labcorps fault, and labcorp says it’s the offices fault. No one wants to take responsibility and I have a $500+ bill for a blood draw. Now I know I have to verify with my insurance over every single thing they order because I know they can’t be trusted to have checked beforehand. Thankfully I was able to stop it before it happened a second time 🙄My latest issue has been over a outpatient test they ordered over a month ago, that I got done and the hospital sent the information over. Weeks go by, I make a follow up phone consult to go over the results since I haven’t heard anything yet. They call me day of for intake and say that the doctor will call later. No phone call all day. The next day, same thing. Never got that call. But they sure charged me for it.They finally call and say they don’t have any info from the hospital, they must have not sent it over (don’t believe that for a second) and have to get that, then will call me with results. Weeks go by again. I call them and they tell me the PA has called me but they will try again, to which I tell them that no they haven’t, I can look at my call log and it shows I have answered EVERY SINGLE CALL because I’ve been expecting one from them and no, I have not received a phone call. They insisted they had but that they would be calling again. It’s been two weeks since then. Still no call. So I’ve been trying to get in touch with them the last week, phone is constantly going to voicemail, no one is returning my calls. When I finally got through to someone today, I was transferred over to someone who supposedly could help, that also was sent to voicemail. Who knows if I will get a call back. I seriously just want to know what my test results are so I can take them to a different office because this is absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend.
Dr. Senadhi is a fantastic doctor. During Covid-19, they are not meeting with patients in person but have done a good job of meeting over the phone. Even with distance, Dr. Senahdi was able to solve a problem that has been plaguing me for months within a conversation. With the medicine he prescribed, I have felt better than I have felt in months. I have more energy and am happier. He really helped me enjoy my life again. Stomach health is so important for other things in your body. Dr. Senadhi pays attention to all of it and finds ways to improve your life. Can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Senadhi has been an integral part of my healthcare for several years. I trust him completely with my care. He is extensively knowledgeable in both tried and true and cutting edge procedures, medications and treatments. He has a very personable approach with patients. I have never felt a moment of discomfort in discussing anything I may have concern about with my health. His staff is amazing. They are always able to get answers in a timely manner through constant contact with Dr. Senadhi. They are all very compassionate and both they and the doctor always leaving you feeling that your care really matters to them.
He actually gave me a barbiturate! He is incompetent!
The only complaint I have with Dr Senadhi is his seeming disregard for his patients' time. From my experience it was readily apparent that, as a patient booked for early morning surgery, I was to arrive very early, join his herd of other patients with the same booking times, and then wait quite a while for Dr Senadhi to show up to start his surgical schedule way behind schedule. Why is it that doctors always get a pass for keeping their customers waiting? I can understand it when things happen throughout the day that cause a ripple of delays moving forward, but to start the day by keeping a hoard of patients (and their friends/family who must take time off from work to drive them) who haven't had anything to eat or drink since the night before waiting helplessly is pretty inconsiderate if you ask me.
Dr. Senadhi is very professional, very personable. He knows his subject matter at an exceptional level but at the same time he is humble. He stays at the cutting edge of gastroenterology and provides his patients the best of care.
When there is a severe abdominal pain for my husband and we went to another Gastroenterologist and she told that he needs a stent in Pancreas. We came for second opinion with Dr. Senadhi and he did all the tests including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. He tod us that there is no problrm and gave medication. My husband got cured well without any problems since then. We highly trust his treatment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
