I tried to become a new patient. I am a Vietnam Veteran and retired US Army. I was told Dr. Clayton does not accept TriCare and thus I couldn't be seen.

The worst medical practice ever experienced. Care is only available if doctor is not on vacation. Interested in pushing Statin medicines from drug representatives for employee incentives. Should close the business….

A good Doctor, who is tuned in to her patients needs,i couldn't find a better Doctor. I drive extra time just to see her even though pell city Northside is alot closer. I went through several Northside drs.before seeing Dr Clayton and she diagnosed me correctly on my first visit.This was after several months and several visits to several nearby Drs. Practically saved my life.

Dr. Clayton is an excellent General family physician. She has always said and discussed any problems with me that I may be experiencing and what to do in maintaining my health situation. She is never in a hurry, she asked questions, she wants me to ask questions, and she listens to me.
