10 hour wait…not very “urgent” for an Urgent Care.

It's a shitty ass ER, just had to pay $50 bucks for the doctor to fill out paperwork for my job so I don't lose it. Fifty freaking dollars to fill out three pages??? Absolutely ridiculous! My doctor was awesome but the fees is ridiculous. Never have I ever paid any money for a doctor to fill out my paperwork. Never coming here again and I will never recommend this place ever.

I didn’t realize that registration online at 830 meant I would miss a days work because it’s 2pm they close at 4pm and I have 3 people ahead of me. All they did was figure out a way to do a fraction of the work in an all day period, and still get paid the same

We never have any issues being seen here. The online registration makes it super easy to register and wait from home. No sitting in your car or waiting room for a long time as with other urgent care office’s. Staff is always friendly and NP Box is incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. She relates to your situation and does her best to get you seen and out as quickly as possible. If you have questions, she’ll answer those too. Great bedside manner, friendly and shows she cares. Urm this place is all right I guess, maybe I just had a bad experience the two times i went but it personally feels like the doctors and nurses here dont really... like... i dont know, take it seriously or know what their doing, honestly, the times I've been here I just went to get doctors excuses because the staff just hands it out like candy. If you wanna really get checked out, probably not here.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews from people that obviously didn’t follow the rules. If you look on the website, it tells you what you need to do. My wife and I followed their directions and were in and out in less than a hour. Super friendly people. Glad to have them near by. Thank you Mainstreet Family Care Moody!!!

Let me start by saying I used to work as an X-ray tech in an urgent care facility, so I know what these people go through. The things people say about the wait times are because there ARE emergencies that they see there. I also don’t love in that area, so I was here for the first time.The staff was great, especially the NP. She was very to the point and I had a nice conversation with her.The only negative I have about this place is that the woman at the front desk asks what they can help someone with. Yeah, that’s a HIPPA thing. You have everyone out in the waiting room and you don’t want people to hear what you’re there for. You’re there to see the doctor and they shouldn’t have to ask. Other than that, excellent care, and timely when they can get to you!
