Dr Macasieb is engaged and interested individually with his patients. His patients are people to him not numbers. He spends time listening and provides treatment both through medical and alternative medical protocols. He thoroughly explains results of tests, diagnosis, and suggests the best course of treatment. I encountered many clients who said he had saved their lives or returned them to a normal quality of life. He’s an excellent physician and is a breath of fresh air in the current medical culture.

Dr. Macasieb is a hands on, attentive, and caring physician. He explains everything in detail, and works along side you in getting your health to it's maximum potential. His staff is extremly kind, and there for you at every turn. You never feel as if your not heard, or understood. You never leave without getting all your questions answered.

Several visits now after leaving novant health. No comparison, novant Dr's have an agenda and a limited allotment of time to spend per patient. I have not experienced that here, Dr Macasieb always takes the necessary time needed to explain.

Sadly his office is falling apart. While you are in the treatment rooms you can hear them taking about patients. So unprofessional. Now he has a PA who sees you instead of Dr M. He is young and very condescending. Phone calls aren’t returned, lab results are not followed up on. All the turnover in staff is alarming. He’s constantly shoving his wife’s ReShape practice down your throat. If I wanted spa treatment it wouldn’t be there.

Where do I start, I needed a cortisone shot in my hand for carpal tunnel and it hurt the rest of the day. The next day my hand swells up and it hurts to move it. He has me come back in to look at it, do nothing but look at it, then charges me for it and writes me out of work for a week. He found an enlarged thyroid, orders a test on it and when I ask why it enlarged and should I worry he says "sometimes they just get big". Fast forward I'm at a new dr and I discover I have thyroid disease and had it for many years but dr. Macasieb never thought to order the test. Also when she gives me shots it doesn't hurt and I feel perfectly fine and can work. Run away from this dr. Run Away!!!!!!

Dr. Macasieb is a wonderful doctor! Every time I see him he listens carefully and offers suggestions as to what to do. I am also on medications from my therapist doctor and Dr. Macasieb always makes sure what he prescribes for me does not interfere with my other medications.

Did nothing but try to push his downstairs clinic with non AMA or FDA approved treatments. Reminded me of a witch Dr.
