This is my mother's Dr. and I am so disappointed in him. She had not had an in office visit with him in over a year - due to Covid - only did phone visits to refill prescriptions. So that mean she had no blood work in over a year. She had not been feeling good - having bad headaches, etc. - checking her blood pressure at home - she has had a very fast heart rate. Dr. Defoor was the first doctor to truly listen to me & understand what was going on. With his help of prescribing the right medications and giving his advice my life has changed. I’m extremely grateful for his kindness and empathy at every visit. One time I cried in his office because I was having a bad day and he listened to me and gave me a safe space to tell how I felt. Best doctor ever.

Dr. Defoor is extremely personable, listens patiently and takes the time to answer any questions as if you're the most important patient he has on the schedule. I would certainly recommend Dr. Defoor if you're looking for an upbeat, knowledgeable physician that offers patients a high quality of care. Additionally, his nurse/staff are very hospitable as well.

Dr. Defoor literally saved my mother’s life as she had a very rare reaction to a medication. He identified it immediately!! He was there every step of the way (Weeks in ICU) and kept us updated daily and hourly at times. Months later he is still very active in her care and always provides us with direct information in any situation. Highly recommend!!!
