Stopped a medicine on my mother that infectious disease had her on and was never to be stopped. No explanation in chart or to my mother or family! Life or death medication for her!!

Every time my wife goes in she waits over an hour to get into the back to be seen. Once back there its another 30 minutes before she's actually seen. The nurse practitioner is nasty and condescending every time we do go.

I have been going over a year now. Never once seen the doctor. I wait over an hour past my appointment time every single time. And every time no matter what they have to get a chest xray. Why? It makes no sense to me. Im looking for a new doctor now I see Im not the only one by the reviews.

The level of quality you receive at True medical is exceptionally poor but at least they’re reliable and consistent with that poor care. Everyone employed in this practice is skilled in the trades of apathy, passing the buck, and miscommunication. You can’t get what you need here from the nurse practitioners because they “can’t” prescribe it. Speaking of which, I never seen a single doctor but I got plenty of nurse practitioners in training. I know they’ve got to start somewhere but I don’t want to be the test subject. The receptionists are rude and pretentious. I’ve since switched providers and couldn’t be happier.
