Dr Sheftel was patient, reasonable, caring, and appropriately cautious when treating me. She has a GREAT bedside manner and sense of humor. Highly recommend.

After recovering from surgery and a subsequent hematoma by way of a follow-up operation, I was asked to schedule an appointment for a cardiology consultation to potentially identify any underlying issues. Dr. Sheftel saw me at the appointed time and she is incredibly lovely. I was somewhat dismayed to see the 1 star rating; but realized that the reviewer did not have the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Sheftel and that is too bad. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheftel.

I do not recommend! I came to the hospital for my appointment and this doctor refused to see me.

Dr. Sheftel is an unbelievable doctor but her medical assistant is so incredibly unprofessional. Her overall attitude to the other assistants is awful. I'd expect more from her being she is the lead medical assistant and has been there for years. She definitely makes the office sour.
