Sent to er by my doctor and er dr wouldnt do anything my dr wanted and lastnight the nurses and dr were absolutly horrible.. They dont care if u live or die its a check to them something needs to give we need dr and nurses who actually care

I have tried numerous times to talk to someone in billing and no one answers the phone, very frustrating.

Very sad, my mother is here with a certified bowel obstruction. But it took 8.5 hours to see a doctor. After 10 hours they still haven't given her fluids for her verified dehydration. No medication for her very high hypertension. No anti-nausea medication for her continuous vomiting. No compression leggings for her high thombrosis risk. Nurse call button gets nothing. I'm thinking of driving her to Wichita.

That's a lot of one star 🌟 reviews. I pulled my children from this clinic today. Dr Patron and Dr Yasa,thank you for the years of wonderful service. The management leaves a lot to be desired though. You can keep your response. Enjoy your day y'all.

I was hospitalized at NMC the last 3 days for the first time. I'm a frequent flyer due to a terminal lung disease but it was my first time here. The providers and nurses were absolutely fantastic! They were understanding, kind, compassionate, supportive and empathic to my individual needs. And as a chronic pain patient the providers understood how important it is to keep me on my daily routine so additional issues didn't arise. They were the first to fully understand this and not make me fight for my medications. My nurses and CNAs were amazing! And never questioned me when I asked for my meds. I went in thinking I was going to need surgery but with the proper treatment surgery was avoided. I can't say enough great things about NMC! My deepest appreciation goes out to ALL who were involved in my care!

Nurses treated me like a 2nd class citizen. Horrible experience.

Went to have my daughter checked for dehydration because she won't drink since her tonsils have been removed. The wait time was excellent, the nurses were wonderful and very compassionate. Thank you NMC Health.

They help you the best they can as long as the patients are honest so the doctors can help the best they can and send you to where you need or medicine you m8ght need to help you get better.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE in the NMC Health Emergency Department. We were in and out in less than an hour, from check-in to discharge. I was thoroughly impressed!My little guy was having breathing problems from croup. Upon entering, they could see I was a worried mom and kindly registered us for services and immediately took us back to a room for him to be evaluated. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room or anything. The nurse was very attentive and kept me calm as she explained the oxygen monitor and listened to his lungs.In a hurry to get him to the hospital, I had forgotten his diaper bag and of course he needed to be changed. Without questioning, the nurse found me the right sized diaper and some wipes so we could get his diaper changed. The staff was so nice and really made me feel like they were caring for both me and my son. Super compassionate, super friendly and just made the whole experience less nerve-racking.Dr. Windham was PHENOMENAL. He was thorough, friendly, personable and really eased my concerns as a parent. He was quick to act and gave my son a mixture of steroid medicine, but still took the time to explain to me that it was a safe and effective, and would be a mixture of steroid and ibuprofen. The whole team made me and my son feel comfortable, acted quickly and really impressed me with the level of service coming out of a smaller emergency department.We know we can trust the team at NMC Health, and are very happy to report that our little guy is doing great today! Some of the people that work here. My last x-ray report is wrong. The doctor making the report doesn’t even know my right foot from my left foot. I even told the x-ray tech that the doctors order was wrong. She wouldn’t even call to get it fixed. I laugh every time I look at my medical records.Why do we allow it to happen? A third party pays for it. My medical dollars are better served elsewhere.I was out there yesterday for a simple 2 minute procedure. After 45 minutes I left with nothing done. At the front door, as I was leaving a NMC staff or volunteer asked me a question about my experience. As I was walking away she made a snide comment to her co-worker about me. Very unprofessional. I don’t care if I ever go there again.
