List of Main Street Family Care's Reviews
I’m grateful they were available. The Staff was very kind and expressed their concern. Registration was done while you’re in you car waiting. I was called in and I was out within an hour. I would go again if I had to and also recommended it to all if you get in a pinch the way I was.
Loved the dr. Forgot her name. Maybe Christina!! She was awesome.
Do not believe what you read. It is posted that walk ins are welcome but they are not. You have to try to register to be seen for anything and by luck get chosen for an appointment for the day. I would not have gone there except it was explicitly posted that you could currently walk in and wait to be seen.
Care was received again today from this clinic. Excellent, compassionate and timely considering the amount of people who use this facility. Sarah has seen us before and she is always so nice. If you can be patient and understand online registration... yyou will have
I have been to this clinic a few times. Twice for my Covid vax and once when I had the flu. A lot of people don't realize that you have to get online and register first thing in the morning to get on the schedule for that day. You basically book your appointment and it fills up fast. Then they contact you via text to come in when your turn gets close. It's not like a regular walk-in clinic. If you're not registered by 9 or 10 am, then you're probably not going to get seen that day. Staff is always friendly and I am usually in and out in about an hour. But if it's something urgent or an emergency I would go to the ER.
Let me just start by saying that I love the MainStreet Urgent Care in Arab.... But Oneonta is terrible. I got off work and drove home to find my 6 year old doubled over with stomach pain. I rush to get the the urgent care by 6:45 and register her online. I got to finish the registration and the screen on my phone just turned white so I hit the back button, it takes me back to the beginning. Then I do it all over again to be told registration is closed...... They dont close until 8pm. I get my sick and crying kid out of the car and take her inside to ask about this and they tell me they will not see her....... They would rather me take my 6 year old child to the ER with COVID rampant??? WOW... I work in healthcare and understand that it can be hectic but they were not even that busy and they did not close for over an hour.... I will never be back!!!
Nurses and doctors are always top notch.
I have never had any issues with this clinic and I've used them off and on now for over the past 6 years.Today, I registered online at 7:30, like they asked me to do, and then I waited for the text letting me know to head on to the clinic. That was maybe about an hour later at 8:30.My lobby wait time was around 10 minutes. They took excellent care of me, was very professional and courteous, and I never encountered anyone who was rude.Considering what all they had to do, I was in and out within the hour.I thought that was fantabulous timing.Thank you Mainstreet Family Care.
Great experience! Easy registration online. Short wait. Coffee while you wait! Friendly staff!
All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait very long. The Nurse Practioner was awesome!! Love this place!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
