Dr. Brian Wood is a very good doctor, however his support office staff has very poor customer service. I leave a message to a nurse and they haven't returned my call for the 2nd time. They canceled my wife appointment, because she was 5 min late, and there was no one sitting in the lobby. However, the business hours are inconvenient. Will be searching for a new doctor with great support staff.

Dr. Brian Wood is my primary physician and I very satisfied with his concerns for his patients, he is very knowledgeable in his treatment procedures. Dr. Wood and his staff are outstanding and very professional.

I was trying to schedule an appointment for my husband, who was a previous patient. Last Friday I called and was sent to a recording saying all receptionists were on the line helping other customers. Ok. I called back later that day. Same thing. Monday I called twice, the second time I left a message as they suggested...saying they would contact me. Three days later, I still haven’t heard anything. It’s odd and frustrating. They lost my business and I have scheduled with a new doctor now.

Had to schedule first appointment 2 1/2 months out. No biggie because it's a primary. However, I had to reschedule because Dr Wood wasn't going to be there on the day I was scheduled, and was bumped back another 2 months. Needless to say, but I'm finding another doctor.

no one tells you about the cancellation policy. i have called 3 or 4 time in one day and the phone just ring forever, cant even leave a voicemail.

NO IVE NEVER HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH DOCTER BRIAN .I HAVE HEARD HES A GOOD DOCTOR N VERY PATIENT WITH HIS CLIENTS. THNKU.

Seriously, my best primary ever. He and his staff are fabulous. They even have a room with things to entertain my kids when I have to bring them, along with toys and books in the waiting area. I have never had a long wait, gotten appointments last minute, and they actually call you back. He is patient and understanding which is very rare.
