I saw this dr. In the ER and he was so arrogant and condescending. He was such a know it all that he didn’t examine me, run any tests or do blood work. He was convinced that my symptoms were due to stress. Sent me home with no help. Stayed in pain and discomfort for over a week and finally went to my primary only to find out that I have internal shingles! Stay far away from him!!!

I believe Dr. Crosby's lack of care and treatment of a kidney infection/blocked bowel caused the death of my elderly mother. She came to the ER with severe symptoms that needed medical attention including nausea, extreme vomiting, dizziness, wheezing and severe flank/abdominal pain. She could not stand up without assistance. All of these symptoms were identified in the ambulance report that was provided to Dr. Crosby upon her arrival to the ER. Dr. Crosby, I believe should have consulted my mother's primary care physician to review her medical history, which consisted of chronic urinary/kidney infections and a prior blocked bowel. Dr. Crosby diagnosed her with a kidney infection and did not admit her to the hospital upon speaking with me. I wanted my mother to be admitted to the hospital due to her continuous urinary tract and kidney infections . Dr. Crosby said " she can always come back if she does not get better" and there is no need to admit her to the hospital. 3 days later my mother died of sepsis/kidney failure/blocked bowel upon returning to the emergency room again for medical help with the same symptoms. Dr. Crosby did not hospitalize her and provide aggressive antibiotics, which I believe could have saved her life. Instead he sent her home with a low level antibiotic pill. This doctor did not show compassion or seem to care when I spoke with him about my mom's illness. Bottom line, I expected a higher level of medical care. She died as a result 3 days later upon returning the ER with the same symptoms.

worse medical provider in East Alabama Medical Center Opelika Al Totally incompetent and needs license revoked; people die as a result of his lack of attentiveness to how ill they really are when seen by him in the ER
Best doctor out there.
Dr. Crosby is a healer in the very best sense of that word. He saved my life.
