This place will set you up for failure so they can keep you coming for your money… avoid at all cost

Its really like they don't care about your health at all. I've had medications that I needed that they didn't wanna provide "just yet" and me end up in the hospital. Not only that delta 9 is a legal form of thc and helps me eat because I'm in chronic pain. They are threatening to take away medication that could put me in the hospital if not taken if I don't stop with the delta 9.even though its the only thing that helps me eat so ill be in the hospital within in a week from not being able to eat because they won't give me Appetite medicine either. Either way I'm in the hospital

Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait after your appt time (I’ve waited over an hour only once) but most of the time it’s pretty quick. The receptionists are kind, and usually the triage nurses are kind, Laurie or Laura (I can’t remember) is especially kind and informative. My pulse and bp was high one visit and she took the time to explain how important it is to get that checked and some possible causes. My appts with Rowe are good, she’s good at explaining and making sure she knows your story. I was skeptical coming here at first bc of the reviews but this is a good place. My only issue is that in between the in-office visits with the dr, you need to do over-the-phone visits with another woman, and they won’t tell you when she calls. They’ll set an appt for you and not tell you when. I can always call and find out but sometimes I forget. Other than that, good place.

Excellent! Please listen to your friends and family. Even when you don’t want to. Sometimes they do know what’s best. Facility was very clean and colorful. Claire was FANTASTIC and so sweet.

I’ve been going there for about eleven years. The faculty have always been sweet and understanding. My therapist, Eve, has gone beyond what is expected of her. When I had a car accident and was in the hospital for a month she would call to talk to me. The psychiatrist, Dr. Rowe is caring and gives feedback. She has me on the perfect regimen of medication. The secretaries are polite and helpful and so are the nurses and PAs. I really love this place!

My sister was in dying need of a therapist in November. They would not give her an appointment until December 28th. So today they call her to say that the therapist was not able to see her until FEBRUARY 2022!!!!!!!! All because the therapist is going on a family vacation 😡 this is why suicide and depression rates are so high. The HELP doesn’t want to help the needy. My sister really needs help. Then when she asked for another therapist they had the never to say Google it! I’m very disgusted with this facility. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am in desperate need of help, and these people at the Outreach center were horrible. I was asking about an IOP or emergency services, and the “therapist” was absolutely no help. She was dry, had an attitude, seemed like she didn’t care to be there, telling me she couldn’t help me because I already had a therapist. Well common sense would have told her that if I was seeking help, that means I was willing to transfer my records. She didn’t have any resources or anything that was of any help. She would say “oh” after every statement I made or question I had. She had absolutely NO compassion. If you are going to be in this field, you have to be kind, patient, and compassionate. She was neither of those things, and gives black professionals in this industry a bad name! She should not hold the position she is in, period!

Wonderful place to be state run. Would of given 4 stars but the state will not provide a permanent psychiatrist. This has caused many meds problems. The staff, all receptionist and counselors are very good at their job. Only with one exception, which is one of the nurse practitioners. First initial being F

I was there back in March they really helped me and group therapy is really awesome

They always gives you appointments and they have you waiting 30 to an hour to be seen! They are horrible i don’t recommend going there!
