Dr.jones is such a unprofessional suppose to be doctor and two of his staffs are unprofessional also instead of telling you the truth up front they string you along not a good doctor or staffs to put your trust in 👎👎👎👎

I saw Dr.Jones and had a lumbar fusion in 2014 I became completely crippled with pain, went back told him and was told everything looked "perfect" well finally went to see another Dr and found out he LIED my fusion never fused and the hardware was broken not to mention the hardware was the wrong size! horrible!!! Go elsewhere. Not to mention he sent me home without the proper medication

I can’t speak for how Dr Jones treats patients or how my care was as I never got past making an appointment. It seems he has many good reviews. I was told before I could see him I would have to pay $67. I’ve never seen this physician. I asked for date of service and it was from over 20+ years ago but could not give me exact date. I tried to explain I lived 6 states away at that time and there was no way it could have been me. She became very rude and said she would not make appointment until issue was resolved. I asked for proof and she said billing would contact me. I think I’ll ask to be referred elsewhere.

Dr. Jones is amazing. He is. no nonsense. He told me what I needed and genuinely listened to everything I told him. He fixed my back and got rid of my pain. I am so thankful. Do not hesitate to give him a try.
