Great Doctor
I called IMA at four pm on a Thursday afternoon and they gave me an appointment for 830 the next morning with Nurse Practioner (or Physician Assistant?) Hope, who works for Dr Campbell. She interviewed me, brought in Dr Campbell to confirm her suggested plan of action. I was very impressed and grateful for being seen in such a short amount of time and for the help I got. Awesome support, thank you.

Dr Campbell takes time and listens to me. He does not seem like he is in a hurry. That means alot to me.
A friendly professional environment. Cares for his patients. Never had a problem making a appointment. Sometimes i may have to see the PA or Nurse practitioner who works with Dr. Campbell but usually he sticks his head in. I am very sastified with him and the office. Been a patient for 40 plus years.

Our family has found Dr. Campbell to be above ordinary. He listens well. Most importantly, he is a smart diagnostician.

Dr. Justin Campbell saw the patient over a period of many years for what I believe is chronic urinary tract/kidney infections based on her medical records. He diagnosed her with a unrinary tract infection, even though my understanding is he did not have the culture results back before prescribing the anitibiotic"cipro" without knowing the severity of the infection. I also understand he did not do a physical examination of her when she came for the check up in his office. 5 days later she was rushed to the ER and diagnosed with a kidney infection and subsequently dies 3 days later. There appears to be no communication between Dr. Campbell and the attending ER physician upon reviewing her medical records. The patient dies of septic shock. I believe Dr. Campbell did not provide the expected level of care that a patient should get when they visit his office. I do not recommend him to any patient for medical care since my Mother's chronic urinary tract infections were never cured. He was her primary care physician for many years.
