He is very easy to talk to about all my concerns. He answered them happily. Definitely well equipped about his profession. Very professional too!

Customer service is just not on their "to-do list", be prepared to wait 30 min to book an appointment, once you are there ON TIME (20 mins before, as they request) the waiting time could be since 40 minutes to >1:30 hours if you are not white or have an accent. The ultrasound tech is the only one that seems to enjoy her job, she is one of the few real professional workers there. They just really care about your money and the staff is racist and mean.

Dr. Alverson is my ob. He is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I always feel heard when I raise my concerns and he does not dismiss my feelings. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Great great great awesome doctor!!!!!!! Words can't express how very grateful to God I am to have come to him. I am not a worker but a real patient of his who wished I'd found him earlier on. You're not sitting there forever and the staff is professional and nice. Anyone who feels negative towards Dr Alverson, shame on you!!! I've had only great and wonderful experiences with him.....God bless him to keep doing a wonderful job and keep caring for his patients the way he do. Thanks so very much Dr. You're a great physician.

AS OF RIGHT NOW, I WILL JUST STATE SO FAR SI GOOD!....... IF THAT CHANGES, I WILL BE SURE TO COME BACK AND CHANGE MY RATES AND MY COMMENT!!!! HOPE HE DON'T ALLOW MONEY, GREED, AND THE DEVIL TO CAUSE HIM NOT TO DO WHAT TALENT GOD GAVE HIM....WHICH IS TO TREAT AND CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS!!!! IF HE DOES, I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

After experiencing a different ObGyn in phenix city, Dr. Alverson has been a breath of fresh air, he answers all my questions never treats me like a number or just a patient, but as a person, I am pregnant with my 3rd child and although it's not my first, Dr. Alverson treats me as a first time mom who has concern for every detail. His staff is wonderful and kind, never pushing you through, I have never experienced a long waiting time.

He forgot to call in my medication andI hade to call him back on Monday. He called in something different than what we discussed. Which is fine but I am pregnant and had to call to make sure it was safe. He did not return my call for over two hours. This bothered me because I should of had the medication on Friday and since he did not call it in I had to wait till Monday to get it.

I tired to conceive for two years. My previous GYN told me I had problems because I was fat and old, but did not give me any further assistance.Dr. Alverson did some tests, developed a plan for me to follow, and within three months I was pregnant. I had a healthy pregnancy, and I now have a healthy, beautiful child.
