Dr Palmer been my doctor going on a year now and every visit was very professional and knowledgeable and he always make me feel at ease he answered all my questions if it wasn't for him I wouldn't know I needed hip surgery I recently had the operation and the fact that he prayed before they took me into surgery was phenomenal I really appreciate everything Dr Palmer did for me and I would definitely recommend him and his staff' his nurse Mckenzie is awesome always called me back whenever I need a question answered.

I recently had an emergency surgery and Dr Palmer was my doctor. He immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was okay. He and everyone I worked with at his office were so kind and helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Palmer and his entire staff.

I have used the Ortho Clinic since 2016 and received exceptional care, pleasant office visits, etc. BILLING this year has been a nightmare with the Processing Center NOT getting it right and being billed several times over. Contacted them numerous times with dates and proof of payment but 3 months later, I'm STILL receiving bills. Not good

Dr. Palmer and his staff, as far as I have seen, have always included prayer and love and concern in every procedure. Whether it's a shot, a minor mend or big break, A major surgery or a complete replacement, I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my orthopedic needs except Dr. Ryan Palmer unless he recommended that I see one of his associates. I know God will continue to bless him, his staff and his Family abundantly because they allow HIM to lead as they follow!!

I went to the Er on Saturday told me I fractured my tibia and they would send my paperwork to Dr. Palmer and to call his office Monday which I did seemed they were having to much fun and didn’t want to be bothered as the person answering the phone was laughing and I could also here others in the background laughing she wasn’t much help should of transferee me To the insurance specialist but did not just immediately told me they never heard of my insurance and I would have to be private pay I’ve heard good things about him he might want to get new help in his office they seemed more interested in laughing and having a good time then actually doing patient care

As far as I’m concerned, one of the most talented surgeons anywhere. Total hip replacement could not have been any better. Great MD, but even better human being. I highly recommend ! Thank you to Dr. Palmer and his entire staff !
