Had complete knee surgery done by Dr Ray in Oct 2016 and April 2017, I must say that due to the Dr's skill at his kraft and the follow up rehab/physical therapy, years later and I get around pain free and am super happy with the results.

Went for a visit scheduled for 3. Was not seen until after 5. Was given a steroid shot I had prior for other reasons. Told Dr., those shots do not work on me. Ignored what I said and gave me shot anyway. I am in more pain now than when I arrived. I have already let some friends and family know to not go to him

Ray was very rude!! I came to “Dr.” Ray because it was a closer drive instead of going to Andrew Sports and Medicine which was a huge mistake switching! I already knew I had hyper mobility in my shoulder and had been hurting a lot. I went to Ray about 6 times and the last visit he basically said I was faking and they’re was nothing he could do. if your looking for a good doctor go to Andrew sports and medicine because they actually care about you!

Dr. Ray has performed two knee replacements on me and I had no problems. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Always friendly and will speak no matter where you see him. I 100% would refer anyone to use him as a doctor.

His staff and Dr Ray are the sweetest and I never waited long . Also have physical therapy in the same building . I would definitely recommend using him !

I feel Dr. Ray's surgery did much damage to my knee. It is much more painful, and I am less able to walk.

I feel I am much worse after surgery; there is certainly much more pain and less mobility. I do NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Ray.

I was charged $200 (out of pocket) for a brace that costs $43.95 at Walmart. I was also told that the price could be around $83 (still way over priced), but that it could end up being $200 on the high end. Of course the brace ended up being $200, and I wasn’t informed of the actual cost until after the brace was placed on my knee and I was walking out of the door. Other than the people working the reception desk, the employees were not welcoming at all. I will not refer anyone here, nor will I ever go back.
