My grandmother has made a lot of friends with residents and staff. She is happy because of the individuals that work here!!We salute and applaud the dedicated team here at Diversicare of Oxford for tending to the needs of our grandmother during this crucial time. Thank you for your caring hearts and hands and the passion with which you are meeting the ongoing needs of all of your long-term care residents. You are truly health care heroes!!

Mom is happy! That gets 5 stars all day! Conveniently located right off of Interstate 20 in Oxford. All the staff are friendly. Rooms are large. No complaints. Happy mom, happy son. The end.

Older lpn nurse on the rehab hall was very rude and nasty. When we arrived to admit my grandmother no one came to greet us or anything. When the issue was addressed the lpn told us in a very nasty way that she saw us I'm the hallway and spoke and that she has other things to deal with at the moment and that she'll get to us whenever she can. That place needs to be shut down

Please do not send a loved one to this facility. Your loved one will lay in bed for hours before being assisted with bowel functions. If you call to ask someone to assist, they will fuss at the patient and tell them to not call a loved one. This place is as close to elderly abuse as you can get.

They don't watch their patients. I now 3 people that was there all said same they don't check what the patients when they call 1 to hours this is in rehabilitationMy mother went any for rehabilitation. She had problems with her feet and falling. After she was there a couple of days gave her med to put her to sleepDied. Days later. Would not put no one in there

The worst place you place my mother went in for therapy and end up dead within 2 weeks.They need to close this place down. She fell and yelled for help and she had to crawl to door to get help went in healthy and and it took 2 weeks to kill her

Absolutely awful. Had no choice last year and now that we can get in- horrible smell, unhappy employees, missing items, laying in bed and not bathed. Roaches and rodents. The care or better say the lack of care is heartbreaking.
