This isn't funny anymore, my husband tries to contact you since this morning due to a positiv covid test.Whoever called him back, left him a message on the answering machine to go to the emergency room.He called again and the other lady told him she can't understand why the first lady said that, she will talk to her and he will receive a call back. We are close to 3 PM now and nobody called him back.So, he called back again to talk to somebody else, that Lady told him she will check and to stay on the phone, which didn't last, because he was kicked out and had to call again. REALLY?! Nobody can call him back?Now he is on the phone again....still waiting. What is wrong with you and your system??? Never seen something that bad and this is how a retired disabled Military Vet is treated....what a horrible experience!

First time here....still following old outdated covid protocols lol....6 ft apart....masks.....social distancing. Hey VA....you do realize not one place in our area is practicing this for a reason or in our state..or pretty much in the entire country....sadly the VA has to do what they are told by the Government.

I am so thankful for the welcoming and knowledgeable staff here. They have become like family and it feels so good to be around Dr's and physicians who only want the absolute best for you. They try their best to accommodate us and find ways to help us with any problems we have.

Impossible to get through by phone. Was in car accident a month ago and still trying to see doctor. Last year (2021) quality of service has dropped drastically.

I see that most of the reviews are over three years old. I have been using this clinic for about 15 years and it has gone through some rough times. At one point some of us had contacted the IG because appointment wait time was 3 or 4 hours. This issue was fixed along with a number of other issues. I suggest for those who have had bad experiences try again. A new clinic has opened on November 15,2021. It is right beside Oxford Lowes. For now I will give 4 stars. After my upcoming appointments I may reevaluate.
