Excellent doctor, caring and thorough

We love Dr. Cook. The whole family uses him. Always thorough and explains everything well. May wait a little longer than other doctor's offices, but it's only because he takes time to thoroughly check his patients. If I had anything serious going on, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Terrible excuse for a doctor. Referred me to 5 different 'specialists' then refused to see me for a follow up and test results. Receptionist said to see the nurse. I am still waiting for test results of 18 months ago. I've not seen Roland cook since the initial visit . He is not an authentic c dr. Just a profiteering scam artist

Dr Cook and his Nurse Practitioner are a joke. I've been to their office a dozen times in the past year and they constantly are referring me to go to RMC for the smallest reasons. But then when I need an actual referral they never come through and I have to call multiple times to finally get it.

Dr.Cook is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable. I just dislike waiting 3-4 waiting every visits. The new younger staff are not taking there Job Serious. All they do is sitting around talking about patients & discussing what food they cook last night. The reception don't greet patient's.

Dr Cook is a very thorough doctor whom carries a wealth of knowledge and experience. His staff (with the exception of his nurse who had trouble keeping up with his notes) were very effective and efficent. Kind of wished the location were easier to get to and not so hidden in the middle of nowhere.

I wouldn't use anyone else. He's caring, attentive and show s concern for his patients. He gives great medical care to both me and my husband.
