We use to like Dr Charlton a lot, but he has become too busy and always rushing. He no longer listens to you or even seems to cares about you. My family won't be going back to him. We no longer recommend him. A shame. Use to be good. :(

Use to be a good doctor. Was our family doctor for years. Now he has become rushed. Doesn't really listen and is even rude now. We won't be going back. Maybe just a bad day, but how unprofessional.

Dr. Charlton's is a awesome doctor! he is very kind and professional at his practice and I will always go to him any time I need a ear, nose or throat doctor I highly recommend him to all, his staff is very professional and kind too. Outstanding doctor. Dr. Charlton explained the tonsillectomy procedure for our daughter and answered all questions and concerns. He is very competent with a professional and empathetic bedside manner. He made sure our daughter was awake after surgery and personally came in to check on her.
