Dr. Wallace appeared knowledgeable at first glance. However she recommended a glare resistant lense which was very expensive. At my next appointment I told her I had issues with these lenses. She laughed and said “you can’t keep them clean, can you”? I DID NOT find this amusing at all! I paid a small fortune for the lenses she recommended and she knew they would be impossible to keep them clean! NOT going back!!!!

Dr. Tammy Wallace and her staff are wonderful. I've never had any problems there. They are professional and thorough and they are also friendly. Dr. Wallace does a very in-depth examination of your eyes.

Dr Wallace is a nice person, but I feel she is incompetent as a provider, she refuses to release my prescription for my contact lens, until she reviewed my files from a different provider. There is no change in my prescription, but she refuses to do so. Her staff is rude, and not very professional. I guess I will call my insurance and have them hold payment to them until the decide to release my prescription.

I can't say enough good things about the treatment high had at doctor Wallace is office this morning. Lisa whom I 1st saw when I got there was Great I would recommend this office

Tammi Wallace is great! Her staff is incompetent and disinterested in customer service. Took 4 weeks to get glasses that were supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. Upon arrival, the prescription was wrong and they were not interested. Front desk lady was rude, uncaring and told us to Google our problem.
