Takes time to talk to you.
We met Dr. Johnson on a holiday weekend in the ER at Shelby. I was quite afraid that my husband would not walk again. Dr. Johnson's approach, talent and excellent follow up has my husband up and about and busy with life. Dr. Johnson, our sincerest gratitude for your talents, kindness and genuine concern for my husband. Roll Tide! Blessings to you and yours, Alice and Rick Mitchel
If it hadn't been for Dr. Johnson I'd still be fighting to get my disability. He is well experienced in his carft. Shows & explains the condition your in and patience.
I fell and fractured my leg. I went to the local ER and was told that I needed emergency surgery on my leg. Dr. Johnson did surgery within 12 hours of my fall. I could not have asked for better care.
Excellent doctor, who explains everything, and is prompt on appointments.
Made appointment because of extreme pain in lower back and sciatic nerve. Meds given were ineffective. Prescriptions that were to be sent directly to pharmacy are still not there 4 days later despite two request. Felt rushed during appointment. Meds not explained well. Called back and advised meds not working, scheduled MRI, had MRI then tried to put me off for a week to review the results and schedule treatment. nurse said she would have Dr call to cover results earlier. still waiting and in pain three days later.
Fractured my thigh bone during knee replacement - didn't take precauitions after I explained that I have AVN and lupus (meaning brittle bones is highly likely). Ended up with 2 screws in my leg and no special instructions for the hospital to continue my lupus and fibromyalgi meds to assit with pain. Therapist forced me to bend my knee with the screws in my leg - no instructions were left for nurses in recovery to care for the broken leg. My other Dr says that should never have happened
I would never visit this doctor again,my wife received no help with her condition ,only to purchase a $985.00 back brace and told she must pay it if the insurance didn't,also see another doctor and get a bone density scan then come back let me do an x-ray then we would talk about an outpatient procedure for a compression fracture of the spine

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
