Clean facility

Took me two weeks to get a human being on the phone only to be told that this location does not have memory care. Their website is terrible, it just gives generic information and implies that all locations have the services listed but they don't. I submitted a request through the online contact form and no one ever contacted me, I had to call 5-10 times over two weeks to get anyone.

I have tried all day to get a message to my mom and I have been hung up on and transferred to other phones where no one answers. I can not see my mother and now I can not talk to her either.

Please, please do not trust these people to take care of your family, The nurses and staff obviously do not care about these residents!! As you walk down the hallway you can clearly smell feces, and urine, the residents look like they all need a good, long shower and the whole place is extremely outdated and so far from liveable! Every single person that works here should be ashamed if they have not brought the living condition concerns up to the state!! Someone needs to bring it to their attention! Disgraceful place for those sweet residents to put up with.

I urge anyone who kept records of all the things that has happened (or not happened in a lot of cases!!) to contact legal advise because the more people who come forward WE CAN MAKE THIS FACILITY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ITS POOR CARE!!!! Because 1 nurse to 20 patients is just too much!!!! How can our loved ones receive the proper care that they rightfully deserve with those kind of ratios????!!!! This facility needs to stop worrying about lining their pockets and put out some money to hire enough QUALITY CAREGIVERS to give QUALITY CARE TO THEIR PATIENTS!!!! JUST SAYING 😠😠😠😠😠😠

My daughter sent me here after I left Grandview for rehab; I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was very weak. I was swollen, disoriented, confused and was in AFib. They didn’t realize this. While in the hospital recovering again, I received a call from Jackie, over admitting for rehab, and was asked when I would return there. I think they were concerned they wouldn’t receive their full money for the 21 day rehab, but yet, she called while I was in the hospital. Explore avenues other than a nursing home for rehab. They keep taking down my review; I’ll just continue to put it up!

My mother stayed there several years ago and they took very good care of her. Now I am looking for my Dad.

This place is one of the most unorganized, unprofessional, and secretly racist places that I have ever seen. The nurses sit at the desk not helping to answer call lights or helping to feed patients while the CNA works all day. DO NOT bring your loved ones here the patient load that each CNA has is close to 20 patients each and they are always short of staff due to the slave drive mentally that they have towards their CNAs and the way upper management treats them. How can one person care for that many patients properly? The upper management stays in their offices most times with signs on their doors about not being disturbed or on conference calls or nurse is out. They have no shame in the lies they tell to families about how great the care they will receive or all the extra things that they will provide as long as they can get your money. No matter what promises this place makes please DO NOT believe them. There is never enough of any supply that your loved one may need and they purchase the cheapest stuff that they can find and the food that they feed the residents here is one big minus. OVERALL DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE OR WORK HERE YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT.
