List of Piedmont Physicians At Riverchase's Reviews
They need to clean house with the post op staff. Opt for another hospital. Trust me, I don’t normally do reviews. Can’t erase the treatment I received but can hopefully prevent you from enduring the same. That is all.
Dr Ellis is the best. Girls that set up the appointments are horrible I had my appointment cancelled 4 months in a row because I wanted to see Dr Ellis and not the d assistant no calls Dr Ellis told me I could see him and when I went in they had changed much appointment to the assistant. I did not know until she came in the room. Still no results on my lung xrays. The office staff over steps there bonds. 4 cancelled appointment. 4 days getting off work. Never again.
Dr. Ellis is very attentive to his patients and his staff are very friendly and supportive !
The staff is unprofessional and rude
Dr Ellis won't quit until he finds out what's wrong
Dr. Ellis, is the best hands down! I was a critically sick young lady when I first started going to see Dr. Ellis. He has always been known for a clean and sinus friendly office. As a heart patient it is appreciated. He took time to listen to me, review my history and my story. He immediately admitted me to the hospital and coordinated with my heart doctors to see about me. I am currently in need of a heart transplant and living on an LVAD as a support to substain life and he always takes good care of me. He has never shown me fear or worry about my situation. He has cared for my mother who was a challenge at times, but always respected her and keep her on task with her medical needs. I have sent him numerous people who complained their doctors didn't care about their medical problems or had time to listen. He is a praying physician and there are times when I needed just that to see me through because things medically didn't look promising on paper. Him and his beautiful wife will pray for and with you. As, for children being allow in the office, the sign is there probably for their medical safety I don't know. However, I do know my son has just turned 12 and he is part of my caregiving team as I have been going to that office for a long time. There have been a few occasions where I have brought him, and no one has ever been rude or hurtful to us. Every doctor's office has a flaw or two. Discuss it with the office manager or Dr. Ellis, he will listen. If you want a doctor who always has your best interest at heart and comes to the hospital to see his own patients, will help get services and equipment to assist you in your home he will go that stretch with and do follow ups to ensure things are done as prescribed. He is always on top of everything yearly you need. Phenix Medical Ministry is where you will find the best care ever under Dr. Daryl A. Ellis. This is my Testimony!
Dr.Ellis office is very clean, the staff is very professional and polite because he would not allow otherwise.I do believe he is the best at what he does.GREAT ALL AROUND.
Excellent doctor, beautiful office, Dr Ellis listens and answers all questions. Would recommend this Doctor absolutely. Excellent staff
Been a patient of Dr. Ellis for 6 years. Excellent provider, and I have recomended him to several people who were looking for a primary physician.
I would not recommend this to anyone. I had appointment and had to take child with me and had to leave. The front office associate are so rude and unprofessional!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
