Preferred Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Roger & his nurse are really great people and super sweet to my Bleu. I’m happy I found the best doctor!

I've never left a negative review in my life but I will not have someone go through what I went through. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD through my therapist. He referred me to preferred medical group to see a psychiatrist in order to receive my medication. I called to set an appointment and was told that I needed to print out new patient paperwork and mail it in. That should have been my first red flag because what medical practice has you mail in new patient paperwork. I offer to bring the paperwork in myself and did so. Once I gave them the paperwork I was told that my therapist had to fax over my records before they could schedule me. I called them and they immediately did so. Then when I called back to speak to the person that was supposed to schedule me, she was unable to find me and said that I was not in the system. After speaking with two more people, I found out that my paperwork was with the office manager. At this point an entire week had gone by with me playing phone tag, and not being called back . I was finally called back by Rebecca and was told that they were not able to take me as a new patient because they were not my primary care physician and they had to be my primary care physician before they allowed me to utilize their psychiatric services. I told them I didn't have a primary care physician and I was fine making them so as long as I could get my appointment with their psychiatrist. This was on Monday and she told me that they would call me by the end of the week to schedule me. I have not received a phone call. Not only was there a lack of communication, but no one seems to know what they are doing or pushes what I need off in someone "that isn't there". I've contacted my therapist, and he will no longer be referring any of his patients to preferred medical group and is sending me to someone else who will gladly help me.

Dr chaundra been so good to my children for over 8 or 9 years I really glad that she cares for them and she had a excellent team Thank you so much ❤️

Oh my goodness where do I start? We've been going here since both of my kids were born, they see 8 and 6. Dr. Mahajan was the BEST doctor there but unfortunately she left and things werent the same. The office is full of nurse practitioners who have no idea what they are doing and google everything. Except Dr. Ali, she's amazing. Traci, the office manager is extremely fake and I'm not exactly sure how she still has her job. She blocked me on their Facebook page years ago because I had a question about something they posted. If that isn't highly unprofessional I don't know what is. She has a horrible attitude and anytime someone leaves a bad review on their page she calls them and talks them into changing it, like she did me and a few of my friends. How exactly did they go from having 2 star reviews to 5 star reviews? Manipulation. Dr. Chandra is the absolute worst doctor to ever walk this Earth. She pushes medication on children instead of figuring out the root of the problem. If you try to disagree with her you will be removed from the office. It's her way or no way. They go through more receptionists than I've ever seen in my life. There's new ones every month. I was friends with a few of them and they would tell me horrible stories about working there. Overall this place is horrible, absolutely horrible all the way around. The only good thing about them is Dr Ali, she is a true genuine person and actually listens to your concerns. But unfortunately she isn't a pediatrician. Anyway, that is all, for now!

I love Dr. Chandra she has taken care of my sons needs completely. My son deals with dyslexia, ADHD, and anxiety. She really wants the best for your children! This is a really good support system for your child to be seen and heard. They also make sure medication is right. They do testing and check in monthly to make sure your child is okay. I was a very skeptical parent of medications for my child. Then I a gave it a chance and saw how much it improved my child’s world. EDIT 1/23- I spoke with the office manager regarding the financial issues and they assured me things were being done to clear up the billing process and let me know I was misinformed and that the bill was NOT sent to collections. However, I stand by my feelings about the practice owner :) If you choose to take your children here, choose Roger :) I have amended my review from 1 star to 3. ***** Let me preface this by saying Roger is awesome. He is the only thing good about this place. Had to see Dr. Chandra once and she laughed at me for still breastfeeding my ONE year old and told me I could turn her forward facing if she was *bored*?! But the worst part- I got two bills SEVERAL months after visits but no one ever told me on the MANY appointments after the fact that there was a balance on my account. I paid the bills as soon as I got them. Decided to change pediatricians and called to close my account and make sure there aren't any more hidden bills to discover a $22 bill was sent to COLLECTIONS from 10 months ago!!!! Why didn't I get this bill with the other late ones???? Why did NO ONE from the office ever call to try to collect? Why did not a single receptionist mention when I was checking in or out that I had a balance?????? You just send someone to collections without making an effort at all to inform them? How am I supposed pay bills I know NOTHING about. Thank God we already made the move to a new pediatrician. Good luck here!

Dr Riehl is an amazing doctor with excellent bedside manner. She genuinely seems to care for her patients and I never feel rushed when I am there Gage is a great accessory and they make an excellent team As long as Dr Reihl is there I will never g anywhere else

that is my wrong name , it’s Johns not Johnson. but i receive great and satisfied service from all the staff members . And it’s very special to receive Occasional calls to be checked . And I feel like I can count with any problems I have and get a response back

I love everyone there, they are very welcoming, they know your name, they do their best to not have you waiting, and help in any way they can. I did have an issue with Dr. Chandra, I went straight to the office manager, they corrected the situation. Dr. Roger and Alexa are amazing with the kids, they listen to my concerns. I'm here, some weeks, 2-4 times and I enjoy my time here. I came here when I felt hopeless and overwhelmed, my kids have been diagnosed severely ADHD among other things and they have shown alot of improvement.
