Dr. Ulrich is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients then makes a very accurate diagnosis. My heart doctor in Gadsden told me that Dr. Ulrich is one of the greatest diagnosticians that he knew. I appreciate Dr. Ulrich for taking care of my family for over 30 years. He is the best.

I called 3 weeks ago to make a new patient appt. Leigh (Lee) said they're at max capacity to give pain meds and would have to run my name and date of birth through a system to make sure I didn't need pain meds. Haven't received a return call yet. Haven't been to a Dr in 4 years, think I'm pretty low risk....

They called me last week and said they would take me as a patient. When I called to make an appointment they said they couldn’t take me as a patient!!!

I Feel so blessed. Amazing to find a Dr. Who genuinely cares, and listens to you, takes time with you , Very sweet and fun. Nurses are nice, no wait time with appt. I'm feeling better already.

Very caring, nice staff, he is very knowledgeable, and have been going to him for years, and when you tell him what is wrong with you, he knows what to do for you. I do not want another doctor.

Dr. Ulrich has been my doctor for many years and I would not think of going to anybody else. He is so smart and such a gentle man and he knows what he's doing. I hope he never retires. Nobody could ever take his place.

My mother is in the nursing home in Piedmont. Dr. Russell Ulrich is the primary physician who visits residents there. My mother was having severe "episodes" that no one could explain. Dr. Ulrich never bothered to go over to see what her issues were. After receiving calls all day about here issues I tried to call his office to get some kind of information. He wouldn't talk to me on the phone and only after a nurse requested he physically go in and see her, he did so the next morning. My mother requested that he call and talk to me about her issues and what his plan was to treat her. His answer was, "I can't promise I will call." This doctor is very unprofessional and he obviously doesn't care about his patients nor their family members. I see that he has previously had issues considering there is a board action "Professional Misconduct" on file. Seems like Dr. Ulrich didn't learn his lesson!!!!
