So convenient to where I live and I get great service every time I come for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and courteous and Dr. Popescu has great expertise with internal medicine which was key to my condition.

Not sure how this establishment has a 2.5 star rating, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Prelipcean and his awesome staff for several years now, and it’s always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Deerfoot Internal Medicine!

Absolute worse. Zero stars. Left me in a room for an hour and forgot I was in the building. Never call your scripts in accurately, will tell you they need to see you before they call your scripts in then you show up for a visit and they dont even go over anything that pertains to your scripts. Total money grab. You are in horrible hands if you visit these doctors. Dr Flippo was the original reason I visited but he no longer sees anyone.

Very disappointed in recent services. Waited nearly two weeks for test results, only for me to have to call to find out my blood simply “didn’t work for the test” and that it was “the systems swapping over.” From this point on the phone call, I let the lady know I would be coming in on Monday after their lunch and she assured me it worked fine. Today I went in to have my labs REDONE, and I waited 50 minutes in the waiting room before just leaving. For the past few months I have felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and this will be my last time making any sort of appointment here. Previous experiences were amazing, but whenever this “new system” started to be implemented seems to be around the time I felt very disserviced and ignored.

I always have to call and ask for my results or send messages through the portal to request information that should be given to me directly without me having to nag them for this info. I’m changing doctors, would not recommend this place it’s very unprofessional

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very friendly. Dr. Hicks is very knowledgeable and very professional. I was in and out which I loved. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.
