I had an appointment at 8:15am the office didn't open until 8:10, even though their sign clearly said 8am-5 Monday through Friday. After signing in and reading a book load of information, the nurse took me to a private room so that I could watch a video and a PowerPoint. After each one I had to stick my head out in the lobby to let the Nurse know that I was finish. So finally she takes me to another room to see the doctor. So I wait and wait and wait so more and finally I got up and walked out after almost being there for four hours. From 8am to almost 12pm, I think I'll do better somewhere else.👎👎👎👎

Dr Mora is a great surgeon a very nice person seems really concern but his office needs some work especially his office manager I never meet such a rude person in my life very unofficial can’t believe a doctor as nice as him has such a horrible office staff. I have heard other people complaining how rude they are but now I know from personal experience. The office manager bans me from his office in which I am glad cause they are the the worst sorry doctor mora your staff need to learn how to treat people.
