Christy Dibble's Online Review Report Card

I had my colonoscopy done by Dr Dibble and she was awesome. The staff was incredibly nice and make you as comfortable as possible. I was nervous because it was my first colonoscopy but they made so easy and relaxing for me. I’ll recommend anyone to give them a try you won’t regret it.

I just spoke to Michelle in Dr. Dibble's office to make an appointment with Dr. Dibble. Michelle was very professional, pleasant, took notes, and advised me that I will be receiving a phone call today to discuss my needs. This rates a five star review in anyone's book!!

It's Nancy Botehlo for me! Had my first visit on Friday and could not have more pleased with results. Nancy is extremely thorough and has the best bedside manner ever! You are not rushed and you leave with a full sense of what your goals medically should be. I know I am in great hands and I will get better, Thank you.

My experience with Dr Dibble and her staff was very good. There was open communication prior to my colonoscopy , care package with complete instructions , excellent compassionate care while in the office and recovery. I received a follow up call the next morning checking on how I was feeling and if I had any issues or questions. Which I did not. I would without hesitation reccommend Dr Dibble and her staff for any GI care. I felt very comfortable with an all female staff for my procedure.

An EXCELLENT and caring doctor. Need I say more? We have gratitude and appreciation for all she has done for my very sick wife. NRA.

Dr.Dibble rarely saw me,(3 appointments over the course of 2 years with the rest being with her nurse), although I was an established patient. She misdiagnosed my autoimmune atrophic gastritis (diagnosed by a new GI doctor) as acid reflux and sent me to a pain management specialist when I continued having pain and weight loss. They immediately said I didn't belong there. When I had more tests, I had H-pylori, which was the result of my weight loss and pain. Dr. Dibble didn't listen to my concerns and was condescending and arrogant, gave me acid reflux medicine and said there wasn't more she could do. She suggested I go on a gluten free diet, even when my genetic tests for Celiac and gluten sensitivity were negative. Thank goodness for her nurse, Nancy Botello, who validated me, was compassionate, empathetic and saw me more often than Dr. Dibble. I called Nancy after I was seen by a new GI doctor and accurately diagnosed with lactose intolerance, spastic esophogus via a motility test, accute autoimmune atrophic gastritis, endoscopy, the cause of my pernicious anemia, pain, mouth ulcers, and weight loss. Nancy apologized for everything I had gone through. It should have been Dr. Dibble that apologized. Do not jeopardize your health when there are more compassionate doctors available.

Her office staff is absolutely horrible and horrible. I had an emergency and her receptionist Susan scolded me on the phone and told me that if I wasn't going to take the appointment the next day than I would have to wait until September. She ruined my experience and makes me want to seek another doctor just to avoid being treated like that.

Dr. Dibble rocks. Her care and diagnosis helped me so tremendously. Easy to reach via RIPTA. I do not recall seeing a bike rack, but I wasn't a bike rider when I saw her.
