I had met with Dr Rosenbaum and she prescribes my anti anxiety medication. I had noticed what could be a symptom, I wasn’t sure, and called the office. As my insurance isn’t great I asked to talk with her as opposed to coming in. Upon answering the phone she asks me what’s up with my insurance that I am not coming in. Without even hearing my question she tells me she is “working for free”. As someone who is in healthcare I would answer a clients call and at least hear their question before being so cold. I’d rather pay a physician who cares about their clients and listens.

Dr. Rosenbaum is the best OB I have ever seen. I am a high risk pregnancy after losing my last baby at 23 weeks. She has always been incredibly understanding and makes me feel better at every visit. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients, and is patient with every questions I have. She is super supportive of giving birth in the ABC at Women and Infants, and attends the deliveries of all her patients! I will be seeing her for every future pregnancy!
