The staff is kind but to the point. Took a little while to get an appointment scheduled but well worth the wait. I was highly impressed by how quickly Dr Bailey picked up on diagnosing my daughter’s illness and quickly getting her treatment. Definitely recommend!

I called to explain that I had an appointment with Dr Bailey due to moving from Dr Welborn and Dr Baileys receptionist was the most in compassionate person I have ever spoken to. I shared that I had been in the hospital and it resulted in a colostomy bag. The Drs at the hospital side I needed a follow up with my Dr who Dr Wilborn said would be Dr Bailey. The receptionist inform me I was not a patient and if October was not a close enough date then I would just have to find another Dr. She never let me finish a sentence nor was she even nice. When I hung up crying she said “ok bye” no one with that kind of attitude should be in this business. She acted more like a heartless prison guard.

Not only is Dr. Bailey a highly effective doctor, his staff is wonderful!!! Do not hesitate to visit here. We feel warm, welcomed and WELL cared for by all of his staff! You are seen in a reasonable time, treated with respect, ailments are resolved. We have zero complaints after several visits.

He has disappeared from his office, and the phone , when called says, message is full. No one there,. stopped by and door locked. Where did Dr. Chris Baily General doctor go?????????? Where is your office if you have one??What is your phone number, the one you had no longer works.------Where did Dr. Chris Baily General doctor on Church Street go to???????????????????????????????????

They are horrible absolutely horrible. I’ve never been called a liar by anyone not ever. His nurse did that to me while I insisted she was incorrect. I sent Dr. Bailey a certified letter and it was signed for by staff. I have never heard a word back from him so I have to assume he received it and chose to ignore it. I just not to ignore being treated like this. If he didn’t want me as a patient he had my chart for a month prior to my first visit and he should have declined then like I feel like they have done. He left me very sick and with no doctor at all. This is not ok and they don’t know me at all.

My family found Dr. Bailey years ago. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. It is a comfortable visit from the minute you walk in. The office employees are warm and welcoming. If you need anything, they are on it. Dr. Bailey is attentive, very thorough and he has improved our overall wellness.
