I have been a patient of Dr Clay Rowe since 2006. I have always found him to be professional and demonstrating a caring attitude towards his patients and staff. My most recent appointment was September 21, 2023. I had concerns about my recent labs. He took additional time to explain the results to me so that I could feel less anxious. I always leave feeling that Dr Rowe cares for me as a patient as well as an individual.

Great doctor for over 20 years. Had an appointment for this past Monday, received a call and said Gadsden Regional bought him out. I was told they no longer took my insurance and to find another doctor. No referral, no thanks for 20 years, no approval for prescriptions,…just find another doctor.

Feels like it's gone be the same as it's been for the past decade. I was hoping to find a physician that listen to my concerns. I don't think it's going to be any different here. medical gaslighting

Great to see Dr. Rowe everyone is so kind!! I am so excited to hear Sammy is in the same team!! Kay is just also exceptional and by the way Ingrid is even smiling these days!! Positive energy all the way around!! Keep it up!!

Dr. Clay Rowe has been my physician for several years now. I needed to find a great physician when I moved to gadsden and he filled the bill. Always there to listen to my anxiety issues and always calms my panic about any medical issues I think I might have. He is very accepting to all people, which is very important to me. Dr. Clay Rowe is one of the best!

Dr. Rowe was great and understanding and actually listened to me talk and describe what I was dealing with. He helped me tremendously while helping my life as whole, because of how much pain Ive been having. While dealing with my father passing away. Also Ms.Kay at who is at the front desk was wonderful, very nice lady and actually showed she cared about my situation as well. I found me a new family doctor, I hope to be seeing Dr. Rowe anytime I am sick or need a good referral. Thank you Ms. Kay and Dr. Rowe for such a easy and great experience with my visit. I cannot say enough about Dr Rowe, I highly recommend him if you need a primary care doctor he is your man. He is taking care of me and my needs for almost 18 years now. Seen me through covid-19, the flu, any issues I've ever had he is taking the time to talk with me about them. I did however have an issue with his receptionist, but I talked with his office manager and she took care of it lickity split. I highly recommend them he is good and honest person.

Dr rowe is the best doctor around here anyways. He is caring, understanding an he listens an does anything he can to help also the staff are always very friendly 😃 hope this helps
