Dr.Bell is NOT a caring concerned doctor for the people. He has a policy if you need to cancel "for any reason at all", you are not allowed to make any appointments going forward. How can you work in a health services profession and not understand that family emergencies and life happens. I'm extremely glad I wasn't able to make it, I would hate to have a doctor like that looking after my health.

They expect you to stand outside in 40 degree weather for however long they see fit. They have a huge inside waiting room with plenty of room for social distancing. This is not right & needs to be changed immediately. I’ve been out here for 15 minutes already. If the masks & sanitizer work then let us inside where it’s not freezing. I’ll have to change dr’s now to someone who’s more practical. You’ve already checked my temp & asked me 1 million questions, times up. Unlock the front doors. Also now that I’m in after 20 minutes half the people don’t have their masks on properly. They have them on their chins...
