I highly recommend North Potomac smiles! They really made me feel very comfortable, like we were friends of many years. I suffered bad anxiety and depression and for many years did not go to the dentist because of anxiety at the dentist office, however now I am very comfortable here and would recommend it to everyone. They are very compassionate and I have not felt any pain at any of my visits. I couldn't be any happier to have finally found a great dental office that really cares about my feelings and that I am comfortable 100% of the time.

Front desk, nurses, hygienists, doctors, absolutely everyone working there is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They are very well organized and are always upfront about the care costs.

They are the worst. Went for my first appointment and got turned away saying I need a deep cleaning and the annual one won't suffice. Next appointment was 3 months later and they gave it away to someone else! I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to give me the heads up to come and they called me telling me they gave it away. Drove here 2 times and both times were pointless. Took time off work to come here only to be disappointed. Never coming here again.

I have to give this practice 5 stars. I've been living in the Rockville area for almost 15 years and have visited a number of dentists. Dr' Matthews is wonderful, pleasant, attentive, and not overzealous or eager to pull, cap, etc like many dentists I've observed. The office itself is extremely efficient in terms of appointments,processing your required forms or insurance, and X-rays etc. They state of the art -- clean equipment. And, the service is prompt. This is my first impression. I will continue to observe and look forward to having my teeth cared for here at this place.

I really enjoy coming to this dental practice. My wait is never long in the waiting room, my dental hygienist is always friendly and my cleanings are thorough.Overall, I love coming here. I'm able to come before work and they get me in and out quickly.

I had tooth pain on my left side for two years, and I was not happy with the first refills though they did help my teeth but not my pain. Dr. Kodsi quickly followed up and responded to my comments. He carefully checked my teeth again and provided options based on risk assessment. I am very impressed by his customer service and professionalism. He and his dental care are highly recommended.
