Try to make appt and still waiting w 2 phone. Is it ridiculous? If u are sick wait for appt please die at home before u can make appt lol 😂 to see dr or wanna refill

Very friendly staff, however I am waiting over an hour per visit and that’s ridiculous. There isn’t an excuse for this. I believe if you set an appointment you should be able to uphold this time within 30 minutes. If this isn’t the case you are over booking and should be held accountable. I will be looking to move on from this location as I am sure this can be done better.

Tammy the office manager is what dropped this review down.Coming in as a new patient and seeing Dr. Toris and her staff was a pleasant experience. She was friendly and efficient. I was excited to be a new patient. They deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately later after my visit I had to call the people who handle referrals which was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Melanie who answered the phone was unable to help because they had a certain way of doing things. I asked if she could leave a message for the manager for me so I could see if she was able to help me in this one incident and going forward I would know how they handled referrals. You only have 24 hours to get a referral and after not hearing back I called the manager myself. Tammy answered the phone and after giving her my name she was immediately RUDE. Never did she say I was going to get back to you, she immediately said “I’m not doing you a referral” before even speaking to me. If her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do for me than that is fine. She could have at least listened and said I’m sorry we didn’t give you correct information from the start so that you aren’t in this position to begin with.. but no she cut me off and was extremely rude. She tried to tell me I was lying about the information I was given originally. Having to receive referrals or being sick in the first place is not fun for anyone. I was not calling her for fun, I was calling because I was ill and had been to an urgent care, thought I was following simple instructions to call with the name of the dr. I had seen to get a referral. In no way was I trying to be difficult or go around the system. After speaking to Melanie, going forward in the future I would know to call first. Prior to talking to Melanie that is not what I was told or this would have never been an issue. Considering Tammy is a manager I though she would have better customer service and at least heard what the issue was before cutting me off and being so nasty towards me.

The wait is ridiculous. I waited over a hour to be seen with a appointment. I got blood work done and after a week no one still had called with the results, I had to call them. Only giving 3 stars bc I like my doctor there, but wish she didn't move here.

You Cant even get someone to answer the phone to cancel an appointmenthorrible service .I been a customer forever but service has got worse its Bad !

Literally just waited 15 minutes to be hung up on. Actually heard the phone pick up and slam. 5 Star Professionalism.

After waiting for 2.5 hours the front desk couldn’t tell me when I might be seen. I love Dr Fraser but I work nights and to be in the pain I am in, I have to go somewhere that cares enough to see me in a timely manner. Also the front desk knows nothing about almost everything. They could basically get me signed in and nothing else.

Its a horrible place, the wait is hours

I moved to North Mobile and decided to establish a primary care doctor with this clinic. Upon my first wellness exam, I had some basic blood tests run. I later get a bill for those tests saying that insurance (BCBS) won't cover it. I called the insurance company and they explained that the office needs to refile with the proper "routine diagnostic" code. The doctor's office refuses to do that. BCBS even called on my behalf to see if they could explain it better and give the exact code. Nope, they won't change it. Therefore I owe $300 for medical lab work that would have been covered by my insurance company if entered correctly. I will not be returning to this medical practice. If you choose to go here, check with your insurance company to make sure everything is put in correctly & covered!
