Very friendly staff. I understand that there can be a wait to be seen. It happens. Overall, they’re kind and efficient.

I’m so conflicted writing this review but I feel like other parents need to be aware of this. I took my 9 month old son in for a possible ear infection/cold. Dr. Jason Burrell prescribed him the wrong medication dosage for antibiotics. He literally prescribed my son TRIPLE the dosage of what he should’ve been receiving. We gave it to him for a week before we ran out of medication and were then told it was the improper dosage. My son had to get bloodwork to make sure his kidneys were properly functioning. How do you possibly make that mistake for a little one? I don’t understand. I brought this to the staff’s attention as soon as I found out and thankfully the nurse practitioner, Valerie Hobbs gave him a thorough checkup to make sure he was okay. She was great, I would for sure see her again. The rest of the staff was helpful with our situation too and I’m grateful for that but I would absolutely never take my kids here again if Dr. Burrell was on duty.

I love little spurs! They are my go to when dealing with illnesses and emergencies. I have been in the medical field for many years and have 3 children with my oldest being 8. I know when there is something wrong with my children, and I do not take them in unless I think it’s serious. On 12/7 I took my son here and he was seen by Dr. Gerald Mayer. My son has every single symptom for flu! He took one look and said it’s a bad cold, lots of drainage. Just give him Tylenol and Motrin. 🤔 ok I’m no doctor so I listen. My other 2 children get sick literally the next day! I took them to the one on Austin Highway and immediately NP Kara Raful tested them for covid and flu and guess what?! They had the flu! I could have had my son tamiflu and feeling better so much sooner if Dr Mayer would have done his due diligence and taken my child serious! If I ever go back and he’s on duty, we will be turning around and going to a different location!!

Staff is friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked up to window. We were seen maybe 15 minutes after walking in without an appointment. The physicians assistant that saw my son was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back if need be.

All the nurses, front staff and especially nurse practitioner Tiffany were so kind and helpful. First time mama & a scary accident but they comforted me and my child.

This was our second visit to Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent care and we have been very pleased both visits. From front desk to MA to the provider in the back, we receive great care for our little guy. Glad to have an after hours resource when we can’t see our pediatrician.

10/10 would recommend! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly. The nurse who took vitals was very impatient with my ADHD son and wasn't the friendliness with him or me. Maybe she was having a bad day. Will still continue to come here though.

When I arrived at the clinic they had a mobile check in which I greatly appreciated because my son had some severe symptoms and I was not comfortable bringing him around others. The check-in was super easy to use and I was also able to fill out the paperwork on my phone. I did not have to wait long at all once I completed the check-in! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend this location!
