Dr. Karr is an exceptional Doctor with a very caring staff. I usually see Monica… and I just love her. She always is very helpful. She got me started on the Monjaro shot and it is helping me. She has helped me with several sicknesses too. They truly care about their patients. I’m very happy there… and My hubby, and sister go there now. Will continue to recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to love coming here. My Dr's replacement isn't great when you get to see him and not his np... I wait for hours just to be told they can't figure it out. Last time I was there I was treated for a migraine and sent home with samples of ubrevly, they were supposed to call it in and never did, turns out a second trip to the er they figured out it was covid that triggered the migraine... but I mean who doesn't run tests to see what could be causing it? I've went about 6 months without a migraine till then.... obviously something was wrong, just concerned about getting blood work done. I need to find a better primary dr bc this isn't it anymore. They never listen to anything, always rushing you out, but takes hours to be seen?!? Really?!?!?

I went there because I was having severe tooth pain they did X-rays and an examined my mouth where I was in severe pain and informed me that I had infection real bad and serious around three teeth they did emergency surgery right then to extract all three of those teeth they were very professional and very friendly and and took care of me very well. I've been there several times and they're always the same wonderful people great job done and not way too bad of prices I recommend shoals primary Care dentistry to anyone that I know needs a dentist.

It took right at 4 hrs to get in and out of this place.

Dr Ridgeway saw me in the first couple of visits, listened, developed a treatment plan with me. Then I got to see the PA, didn't agree with Dr Ridgeway and basically referred me out and dropped me! As I was leaving, Ridgeway was sitting in the hallway after I was told he wasn't there by the PA!

Worst Dr office I've ever been in. I sat in a room from 8:15 to 11:15 3 hours for my 3 month checkup to get my meds refilled. I never saw a doctor which is not unusual as I usually see nurse practioner everytime because I don't know why but not even seeing np or doctor for 3 hours is horrible. There so unorganized unprofessional and never do calling in of meds correctly. I've had the worst experience with them maybe others have had better but to wait that long to just get my prescriptions refilled is disrespectful as a client. Which I walked out and will not go back

I love the staff

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Extremely disorganized and dirty. When I was brought to the room to be seen by the Dr, which turned out to be a NP, they had open needles on the counter because the waste for needles was full. That was my first turn off. Then I was informed that everything I came in for was “closed that day” labs, etc. I feel like the receptionist should have asked what I was being seen for to inform me that Doctors aren’t in on fridays and labs and other testing is closed fridays, I probably would have scheduled my appt for a different day. They then asked me to come in on Monday, so I gave them the benefit of doubt and thought I’d give them another opportunity to prove me wrong about my first instincts on this place- my bad. Monday, I was told I would be seeing the doctor, I had even asked my nurse when she was checking me in and she said yes, I will be seeing the Dr. today, well in walks ANOTHER NP. I hate to make a scene so I dealt with it, again my mistake. She sent me to labs, the lab lady didn’t check for verification, who knows who’s labs were drawn for me. It was dirty and felt extremely unsanitary in the lab room. And then I had to wait over two and a half hours for my next lab test. I was in the facility for more than three and a half hours with 5 minutes of that being seen by the NP. I called to fight my bill since I had to have my labs read by a different provider since the dr or np, whoever is supposed to be calling me hasn’t called me back with questions I have had with my results. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I’d stay far away!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. They always over book patients. The average wait time is 1.5-2 hours. It doesn’t matter if you get there late or early, you’ll always end up waiting for at least 1 hour. It’s ridiculous. Don’t brother with this place unless you want to spend most of your day napping in their waiting room.

Be prepared to wait over an hour or two past your appointment time to be seen by your provider. The office is dirty. Receptionist/office workers are not very friendly. The appointment times are overbooked. Very disappointing.
