Dr. Ginevan gets a star for being a decent doctor. The support staff and receptionist lost the other four for him. Every time I make an appointment here I end up waiting for at least an hour while I watch them “work in” walk ins ahead of me. Not to mention when he is out I don’t know it until after the nurse practitioner shows up for my appointment instead of him. I can’t get my test results without several calls ahead of time and everything is super unorganized. This place stresses me out and then they wonder why my BP is high every time!

Dr.Ginevan and his staff are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patients. They have short wait times and they are very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Ginevan to anyone in the Shoals area that’s looking for a new doctor.

Don has an appointment with his primary care physician. We think the world of Dr. Brad, he's been very good with Don. I love the girls that are in the front office. And the nurses are really good also. We never have to wait long, I tell my husband that he's been seeing this doctor so long that he's spoiled..lol

Honestly, it's nice to be listened to. However, he hears everything that I say and then asks pertinent questions. From there he comes up with what his firsts thought on my situation, then he expands on that with other possibilities. Together we review my problem; and he helps me come up with a plan. So far i believe he is very much above other doctor's. I like the fact that he always makes me feel like he cares about his patients. Also, i am very comfortable speaking to him about anything. Not to leave out his staff. His staff are all in there own way the best of the best. I would like to give a very special mention to Tammy and Aaron.

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. He is highly unprofessional, uncaring, Completly unconcerned with your medical concerns, and makes himself completely unavailable to his patients three days out of seven, without so much as an emergency phone number for him or even any of his nurses in the event of an emergency. He writes prescriptions improperly to a point where a pharmacist will not even fill them. ************** AVOID ***************
