Don't be in a hurry. Arrived an hour early and was still seen over an hour late. Office staff is nice but incompetent. If you can wait for the cheaper ENT across town, do it.

Dr. Long is the best ENT in this area. I live in Russellville, AL., so it’s very convenient for me. Dr. Long has performed Tonsillectomies on just about everyone I know that has required this surgery. I seen him last year for a problem with an infection in my nose, he prescribed the exact medication I needed to clear up the infection. He’s polite, personable and professional. Waited over an hour to be seen, outdated equipment, unfriendly and non-accommodating staff. Outdated medical practices. Wasted co-pay to be told patient would have to be put to sleep for a frenectomy. Thank goodness I know other ENTs as well as pediatric dentist offices that do not put a child under for a simple lip tie procedure.
