Dr Walls is excellent but the receptionist is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She yelled at me when I called to make an appointment for my husband for simply misunderstanding her when she asked me a Question. Then after his visit she yelled at a sweet older man who didn't hear her. He hung his head down like he was a child who had been scolded by his mother it embarrassed him a lot. She is horrible to the patients and shouldn't be doing that job. She needs to be a bouncer in a bar.

Dr. Walls is a very thorough, professional, doctor. He has been my Urologist for over three years and I drive 1 1/2 hours to see him. I have no plans to see anyone else.

This man has Little to no compassion for his patient s..Its obvious that he's there to do his job and go home .Ive been a patient at this facility for years and never had one single complaint..During my situation I couldn't see my normal drs and had to see Dr Walls..That was a mistake this man's overall bedside manner flipped like a switch..He was very rude and you could tell he really didn't care ...

The office fails to provide timely test results. When you leave a message for the nurse, the recording says they will call you by the end of the day. This did not happen. I guarantee if it was them in bad shape, they would demand to know a test result. I would hope more compassion would be shown.

Due to my enlarged prostate, he was able to arrange surgery quickly as an out patient. He explained the procedure and the expected results. Because of how long I had let my condition go, I did have some issues for a week and one-half which he and his nurse worked with me to get resolved quickly. Excellent Doctor.

Dr. Kelvin Walls has improved my quality of life! I've never known what it was like to breathe clearly through my nose. He genuinely cares about my well being. I had balloon sinuplasty in the office and I am so grateful to him, his nurses and staff! They are all awesome! I was approximately 80% blocked in my sinuses and am now clear and wide open. I can smell and taste like I never have before, my ear is clear AND the indigestion and heartburn are no more. Thank you, Dr.Walls, for caring and not giving up on me until I was healed. I have recommended numerous friends and family members to him. He is, by far, the best doctor that's ever cared for me and about me.

Dr. Walls is amazing! I had to have a complete Pelvic Reconstruction a couple years ago and things had started turning bad. Dr. Walls out of 5 other physicians was the only one who discovered the reason I was in so much pain. He had to perform emergency surgery due to things tightening and growing together to remove part of the mesh in order to return things to normal. He is the most caring Dr
