George Harris's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been driving my mom from Chelsea to Springville just because she loves Dr. Harris so much. Now that she’s older she ask for a female and they have THE BEsT nurse practitioner named Sue

I have been seeing Dr. Harris, Sue, for several years. I think they are outstanding medical providers. The nurses have all been very nice. The pass year the receptionist does not answer the phone. Very difficult to get a scheduled appointment or any medical refills or any questions through the office since covid has hit. I think they are just slammed with sick patients they are having a difficult time keeping up. No fault of their own. I still think they are the best. I think they need to stop taking walk ins and work off of appointments only. Just my opinion. I still think they are great and I give them 5 stars.

Harris, Sue & Mary Beth are great, but the front desk workers & their communication is horrible, they don't answer calls, they don't return calls from messages left.. Today I just washed a trip, for to the fact that it says walk-ins are welcome from 8a-11a then from 1p-4p, I get there at 2:45p to be told that I CAN'T be seen, go to the Pell City clinic it make an appointment for tomorrow.. 😡 They didn't used to be this bad 😡

The best doctor I have ever been to I trust his entire staff with my life.

Friendly, clean environment. Dr. Harris and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I received excellent care. I would definitely recommend him!

An excellent Personal Physician with a great staff of professionals. He is NOT a "pill Dr." So don't waste your time or his if what you seek is dope.. He is a competent professional and will refer you to a pain management clinic IF he sees that you genuinely have issues managing your chronic pain. The new rules that allow physicians to see what Dr's you've visited and the meds you've been prescribed in the past helps aid Dr's in making such a decision.

Great people and Ms Marry Beth extremely good takes time and listen to you and very professional all the Staff are very professional thanks My Dr Mary Beth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Harri's staff leaves a lot to be desired.. very rude and seem to be very unhappy. No on ever answer's the phone and when you leave a message no one returns your call ever!! I changed my PCP because of the staff at Dr. Harris's office. The receptionist in the front that greets everyone is the rudest person I ever spoken encountered. My time and my healthcare are more important than having to endure their behavior...

Dr Harris is a wonderful DR he's been our Dr for years and is 5 star all the way! Staff is nice and friendly and the office is always clean. I can not recommend Dr Harris enough.The only reason I give them 3 stars is due to never being able to get a call back to set appointments. Every time we have to scheduled an appointment we leave at least 3 messages in a week without ever getting a call back. I have to send my wife down to their office to even get an appointment. Even my home health care nurses end up having to go down there in person to get anything done. If they would fix this issue I will happily change my rating but it's been this way for years.

Dr Harris has been my primary Dr since 1996 & he is a fabulous Dr. Through many issues from severe car accident to degenerate bone disease & depression from losing my spouse. He has helped me in so many ways. I recommend Dr Harris!
