I am not sure why I was charged a copay here, because I'm not usually, but I love the fact that you can register online and wait at home. It is so much better this way!

They do a good job. The online registration is great. Friendly and efficient.

I also have had bad experiences with them for one you are called a URGENT care facility….. therefore people shouldn’t have to pay to wait and get treated poorly all because there nurses aren’t educated. 0 out of 10 will not recommend this place ever. I was also trying to register online like they always ask and it wasn’t even working for me I then go inside to tell the nurse sitting at the front desk just for her to be rude and say it’s working just fine. The staff needs to be fired or held accountable even these reviews are horrible.

Can’t get through on the phone and have to register online but they don’t tell you online that they won’t see a child under a year old. So wait an hour to go in and they won’t see my sick child because he doesn’t turn a year old for 4 days.

0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I made my son an appointment at 2pm today and they text me back at 6pm to let me know they was almost ready for me and would text back when they had a room. It is now 7pm and i haven't received another text. Definitely will not be using them again!! I took my son to the ER in sylacauga at 3pm and was out by 5pm, SURPRISINGLY!! 🤦

Waited an hour only to get in for the appointment and be told they wouldn’t see my sick baby because he doesn’t turn a year old for 3 days! This should have been made clear when I registered him since I had to put his birthday in so that I didn’t have to waste an hour waiting around and could have taken him somewhere else sooner!

Had to visit Urgent Care this morning. 10-24-21 Hurt my back somehow in the shoulder blade and the pain was getting more intense every day for the past week. Was worried cause the pain started traveling down my left arm and making it difficult to do anything. Xray didn't show anything so they assumed it was a pulled muscle. They gave me 2 shots 1 for pain and a steroid, plus prescriptions for muscle relaxers and steroids. Just what I needed. Feel human again. Thank You so much to the wonderful staff.

Took my wife Ann in to be checked after a fall. Registration online let's us make sure our information is put in correctly. Front staff was great, very courteous and even held me with my coffee. Once taken back, the NA was thorough in getting the specifics of our concerns. The lab personnel were quick and kind and painless. X-ray tech was through as well.
