Dr. Hartley is a wonderful pediatrican. She has taken care of my two children since birth. My son is 20 and my duaghter 17. She is very knowledgable and thorough she goes out of her way on every visit to my sure every concern is addressed. She explains the problem and solution in plain english, so that I can understand. I highly recomend her to anyone in the Sylvania, Maumee, Toledo and Perrysburg area. You will not be dissapointed.

Dr Hartley was so wonderful when my son got diagnosed with BOR syndrome. We were out of town in another state and she called us as we were driving back home to check on my son and see how he was. You don’t get that kind of caring and attention , that often from your child’s pediatrician so we appreciated she reached out to check on our son.

Dr Hartley is an excellent physician. She was my children’s doctor till they were old enough to where she could no longer see them because of their ages. Now she is currently my grandchildren’s doctor. She is so attentive and loving to them. Treats her patients as if they were hers. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!!!

Didn't tell us she was going to preform a procedure before doing it. Sent my child to the hospital for observation when a simple follow up appointment the next day would have been sufficient (even the hospital was curious why we were there). Now I have a $9000 hospital bill. The final straw... Twice this week my phone calls were not returned when I requested to speak with a nurse regarding my sick newborn. Their response I'm sorry, we are just really busy. Unacceptable.

I have twin girls born at 26 weeks. Dr Hartley was extremely cautious and caring to my needs as well as my girls. We had so many visits in the first couple of years, it was trying for my husband and I. We feel blessed to have had her in our lives for 7yrs. She did an amazing job keeping them healthy and giving me peace when I needed it. When concerns arose she never disappointed us.
