Dr O’Connell was super nice and welcoming and answered all questions I had during my visit. Even though her office is 40 minutes from my home I definitely want to keep her as my doc!

This doctor had horrible bedside manner. When she walked in the room, she was looking down at the papers I had filled out and did not look up the entire visit. She had a flat affect the entire visit. She did not listen to my concerns and raised her voice at me when I politely asked about treatment options other than the only option she offered. She did not address my health concerns.
